As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can help bring greater visibility, structure, discipline, and execution consistency across the business.

This is not a purely administrative role.

We are looking for someone who:

· thinks operationally,

· anticipates needs before they become problems,

· creates clarity in fast-moving environments,

· and takes ownership over execution quality.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will play a central role in supporting internal operations, project coordination, client delivery preparation, systems organization, communication flow, and operational visibility across the firm.

This individual will work directly with leadership to:

· coordinate priorities,

· improve operational consistency,

· support client engagements,

· and help build repeatable systems that allow the organization to scale effectively.

The ideal candidate is:

· highly organized,

· proactive,

· detail-oriented,

· calm under pressure,

· and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously without losing visibility or follow-through.

Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination

· Manage calendars, scheduling, and operating cadence

· Coordinate internal initiatives and client-related projects

· Track deliverables, deadlines, and next actions across teams

· Maintain visibility into priorities and execution progress

Client Delivery Support

· Support workshop and client engagement preparation

· Coordinate logistics, materials, follow-up, and documentation

· Ensure high standards of quality and professionalism across deliverables

Systems & Process Management

· Organize operational workflows and documentation

· Improve consistency across recurring processes

· Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational systems

· Support adoption and usage of internal tools and platforms

Communication & Accountability

· Prepare agendas and meeting follow-up

· Capture action items and ownership

· Help ensure commitments are visible and completed

· Communicate proactively when issues, risks, or delays emerge

Qualifications Required

· 3+ years of operations, project coordination, executive support, or operational management experience

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· High attention to detail and follow-through

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments

· Strong proficiency with Outlook and modern business systems/tools

Preferred

· Experience supporting leadership teams or client-facing organizations

· Familiarity with process improvement or operational systems

· Experience working in consulting, financial services, or professional services environments

· Comfort working with AI-enabled productivity tools and evolving technology platforms

Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
