We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and providing administrative support to our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Front opperations with efficent systems and attention to detail
Answer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Maintain and update patient records and files.
Process billing and insurance information.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and email correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a dental office required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
