Full Job Description

LMS Administrator
Groton, CT
Contract
$31.25/hr

The LMS Administrator role is responsible for administering all aspects of training activities in clients’s Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS Administrator provides quality customer service and uses technical expertise to research, analyze, resolve, and respond to basic LMS tasks and issues in Cornerstone on Demand and the Skills Reporter Tool (SRT). The LMS Administration Team supports all Workforce Development training delivery areas as well as training area embedded in business areas outside of Workforce Development.

Key Responsibilities: LMS Administrator

Process completions from classroom attendance rosters
Validate entry of data into Cornerstone
Manage and resolve instructor-led training (ILT) related inquiries via Outlook, phone, Teams, or in-person
Assign certifications as part of a completion process, when applicable
Resolve Training Support tickets for ILT scheduling, enrollments, and completions assigned by the Help Desk
Record manual completions for competencies completed by Operations or Safety that are not F26-enabled

Qualifications Required: LMS Administrator

1+ year of customer service / administration experience
Intermediate to advance Excel proficiency

Preferred: LMS Administrator

Previous experience working with client’s business systems, including Outlook, Cornerstone, SRT, and ATTICTs

Key Competencies: LMS Administrator

Excellent customer service and client support skills
Aptitude to learn software, operating systems, and applications
Able to multi-task in a complex, dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to quickly prioritize
