Full Job Description

YBR Associates is a well-established private practice based in Philipsburg, PA, serving Centre and Clearfield Counties. We provide psychological evaluations and therapy services for children and adults, including ADHD, autism, learning concerns, and emotional/behavioral needs.

Our current psychologist (who built the practice) is preparing for retirement, and we’re looking for a licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to step into a remote supervision role.

What the role looks like:

Fully remote option, and flexible
Review and sign evaluation reports
Provide diagnostic input and oversight
Offer supervision/consultation to clinicians as needed

How our practice works:

Master’s-level clinicians handle testing and write reports
You provide final review, diagnosis, and sign-off
Established referral base – consistent workflow
Psychologist also has the option to take on their own evaluation caseload (completing evaluations, writing reports)

Compensation:

$100–$125 per evaluation review
$50 per supervision session
50% of evaluation reimbursement for evaluations you complete/write
$5,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)

Benefits:

1 week paid vacation
1 personal day + 1 sick day
6 paid holidays
HRA: $345/month (single) or $517.50/month (married)
Liability insurance provided

We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, is comfortable with psychological evaluations, and wants a flexible, long-term role with a steady practice.

Any applying Psychologist must be licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. We cannot accept PSYPACT applicants.
