Grow Financial is headquartered in Tampa, FL. For remote roles, candidates must be located in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WV, WI, WY.

Responsibilities:

The Paralegal Intern will provide support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine legal matters under the general supervision of Corporate Paralegal. The intern will be exposed to a wide range of issues and practice areas including, but not limited to, corporate, regulatory, banking, governance, and litigation matters. They will support the team by reviewing contracts, extracting term dates and other relevant provisions, and adding complete data entry. Works under general objectives established by the department, utilizing a high level of initiative and discretion in prioritizing work and in performing duties that are confidential in nature.

Internship to start Fall 2026.

Competitive pay starting at $20/hr.

Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.

Start date: Tuesday, September 15th, or Wednesday September 16th
Orientation Friday September 18th

We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Must be currently enrolled as a student from an accredited college or university.
Requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently, and gather and /or direct information and data.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to recognize opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
Must be able and willing to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.
Standard Business hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday
Interns will have flexibility around school schedules. Please note schedule will not exceed 29hrs/week
