Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of legal functions across various practice areas, including estate planning and business law matters. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of legal processes and contribute to delivering exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.

Duties include the preparation of legal documents and correspondence, effective and friendly communication with clients, organizing and preparing documents, scheduling appointments and calendaring deadlines. There are also routine clerical and administrative duties.

Must possess working knowledge of local court procedures, including electronic filing in all Nevada courts, and with various county recorders.

This position requires:

Two or more years in the legal field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Notary Public.

Solid verbal and written communication skills that will be used to communicate with diverse groups of attorneys, staff and clients to provide information with courtesy and tact.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Capable of multi-tasking and ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a busy environment.

Must present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and stay organized.

Possess a positive attitude and be a team player.
Use of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and postage machine.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as needed.

Pay: $45,287.43 - $60,000.00 per year
