Join a nationally recognized plastic surgery practice.

Plastic Surgical Associates of Fort Collins is seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Patient Care Coordinator & Practice Development Specialist to become an integral member of our team.

Our boutique practice specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, regenerative medicine, and longevity medicine. Led by an internationally recognized plastic surgeon, our practice is known for clinical research, physician education, product development, and innovative treatment techniques that continue to advance the field of aesthetic medicine.

Position Summary

This position combines patient coordination, front office administration, patient education, and practice development in a busy plastic surgery office. Every interaction—whether answering the telephone, greeting a patient, coordinating care, or creating educational content—is an opportunity to provide an exceptional patient experience.

ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

· Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

· Answer incoming telephone calls and assist prospective and established patients.

· Schedule consultations, surgery, procedures, and follow-up appointments.

· Coordinate patient communication before and after treatment.

· Educate patients regarding procedures, scheduling, financing, and recovery expectations.

· Recognize urgent patient concerns and communicate appropriately with the clinical team.

· Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

· Assist physicians and staff with administrative projects as needed.

Practice Development

· Create engaging patient education blogs and website articles.

· Develop social media content highlighting procedures, research, and patient education.

· Review the practice website regularly and recommend updates or improvements.

· Work with marketing partners to maintain a professional online presence.

· Monitor online reviews and help maintain our outstanding reputation.

· Assist with photography, before-and-after galleries, patient testimonials, and educational events.

· Identify opportunities to improve patient communication and enhance the overall patient experience.

· Bring creative ideas that support the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

· Minimum two years of experience in a medical office, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic dentistry, ambulatory surgery, or another healthcare setting.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Comfortable learning electronic medical record and practice management software.

· Experience with Microsoft Office and basic social media platforms.

· Experience writing blogs, newsletters, or educational content is preferred.

· Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or similar content management tools is a plus.
