What You'll Do:
As a Support Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinical and administrative operations running smoothly:

Maintain accurate resident and health services records
- Coordinate staff scheduling, including PTO and call-ins
- Process payroll for service associates and licensed staff
- Manage clinic scheduling and physician coordination
- Schedule and track resident medical appointments and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage documentation for appointments, labs, and reports
- Submit monthly billing for clinic and ? la carte services
- Coordinate transportation for resident appointments
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing leadership
- Provide basic first aid and emergency response support as needed
Support Services Coordinator Requirements:

High School Diploma
- Additional training in medical office management preferred
- 2+ years in a medical office setting, including scheduling and administrative coordination

Staff scheduling experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

CNA or First Aid certification a plus
- Medical terminology familiarity
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
