Support Services Coordinator

Full Time | Day Shift - Weekdays
32 hours per week | May include weekend day as needed

What You'll Do:
As a Support Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinical and administrative operations running smoothly:

Maintain accurate resident and health services records
Coordinate staff scheduling, including PTO and call-ins
Process payroll for service associates and licensed staff
Manage clinic scheduling and physician coordination
Schedule and track resident medical appointments and follow-ups
Prepare and manage documentation for appointments, labs, and reports
Submit monthly billing for clinic and ? la carte services
Coordinate transportation for resident appointments
Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing leadership
Provide basic first aid and emergency response support as needed

Support Services Coordinator Requirements:

High School Diploma
- Additional training in medical office management preferred
2+ years in a medical office setting, including scheduling and administrative coordination
Staff scheduling experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
CNA or First Aid certification a plus
Medical terminology familiarity
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
