Full Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Administrative Typist to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at producing high-quality documents and providing efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's records and communications, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately type and format documents from various sources, including audio files, digital drafts, and handwritten notes.
Proofread and edit all materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors to ensure a high standard of quality.
Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision to update and maintain company databases and records.
Organise and manage digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and securely stored.
Provide general administrative support to the team as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
A strong command of the English language, with exceptional skills in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
