Full Stack Developer (PHP Laravel + ReactJS)

To strategize sustainable growth, we’re in the process of securing investors to take our solution nationwide, and we believe we’re on track to disrupt the market in a way that could transform how businesses operate.Joining now means you’ll be part of the core team that has already built a solid foundation and is looking to expand, helping shape a company that has the potential to grow into a multi-billion-dollar business. As we scale, there will be opportunities for stock options, so your contributions today could translate into meaningful long-term rewards.What You’ll Do (Daily)

Be the hero on the frontline: Triage and resolve showstopper bugs first (e.g., duplicate data issues, broken modals impacting mission critical functionality, slow rendering of diagrams and tables).
Tackle performance pain points:
Optimize backend processes in Laravel and frontend navigation/rendering in ReactJS.
Improve stability and future proof implementation with well planned refactoring.
Keep the tech stack up-to-date with latest version updates.
Knock out smaller bugs logged in Jira to polish the user experience.
Build the future: Collaborate on new features and integrations, such as:
Assisting in generative AI development
Dashboard sync revamp across systems.
Stripe payment overage integrations.
Certification with platforms like Xero.
AI-powered auto-coding for QuickBooks Online.
Keep everything transparent in Jira — updating tickets, giving clear estimates, and working in Agile sprints.
Collaborate in standups, code reviews, and release cycles with a team that values quality and innovation.
