What You'll Do
- Lead High-Impact Technology Projects
- You'll oversee multiple enterprise initiatives from planning through successful deployment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Developing project charters, business cases, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Communicating project status, milestones, and executive updates to leadership
- Leading change management, user adoption, and training initiatives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, consultants, and technology partners
- Develop Innovative Oracle Solutions
- You'll play a hands-on role designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise applications that support manufacturing operations around the globe.
You'll:
- Design and develop Oracle APEX applications
- Build and optimize PL/SQL solutions
- Enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality
- Support Oracle Cloud initiatives and integrations
- Improve reporting, automation, and business intelligence capabilities
- Drive ERP upgrades, enhancements, and global system rollouts
You'll collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to understand business needs, streamline processes, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
You'll also help establish best practices in project management, application development, governance, and technology delivery.
What You Bring
Project Leadership
You have a successful history of leading complex enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing priorities.
Oracle Development Expertise
You're comfortable developing and supporting Oracle solutions, including:
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Oracle Cloud technologies
- Oracle APEX
- PL/SQL
- Oracle Databases
- Oracle reporting and integration tools
Business & Technical Leadership
You excel at translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions while effectively communicating with both executive leadership and technical teams.
Manufacturing Experience
Experience supporting manufacturing environments is highly valued, including knowledge of:
- Production Planning
- Supply Chain Management
- Inventory Control
- Procurement
- Cost Accounting
- Quality Systems
- Shop Floor Operations
