Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant to support a leading Hi-Tech customer on the US West Coast. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Teamcenter functional implementation, configuration, business process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, and user adoption.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful Teamcenter implementations in a Linux environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering and design workshops.
Analyze business processes and map them to Teamcenter solutions.
Configure Teamcenter data model, workflows, lifecycle rules, revision rules, and access policies.
Configure Document Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, and Schedule Manager modules.
Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot functional issues and support defect resolution.
Plan and execute end-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
Support data migration validation and production rollout.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

5+ years of Teamcenter Functional Consulting experience.
Strong experience with Teamcenter configuration and administration.
Expertise in:
Data Model Configuration
Workflows
Lifecycle Management
Access Manager
Revision Rules
Experience with at least two of the following:
Document Management
BOM Management
Change Management
Classification
Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP)
Strong experience in requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
Experience working with Linux-hosted Teamcenter environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Teamcenter 2412 (V26) or recent 24xx releases.
Active Workspace (AWC) configuration.
Data migration from legacy PDM/PLM systems.
CAD integration with NX or Solid Edge.
ERP integration with SAP or Oracle.
Siemens Teamcenter Functional/Application Certification.
Experience in Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Manufacturing, or Hi-Tech domains.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
