We supply top-quality materials to commercial professionals to assist them in completing various construction and landscaping projects. We are known as the go-to source of supplies for landscapers and construction companies in our region.

Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, goal-oriented leader who is highly motivated and brings proven experience in a service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will provide strong guidance and support to the team while ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently followed. This role requires someone who can implement effective and efficient processes that improve overall performance and streamline daily operations. The candidate will work closely with management to achieve organizational goals and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop department staff to meet performance and customer service goals
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Monitor daily operations to maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency benchmarks
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline workflow and reduce downtime
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution
Collaborate with other departments to improve communication and overall service delivery
Enforce accountability standards and address performance issues when necessary
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company-specific requirements
Strong organizational skills, dependent and reliable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during in-season
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in an operations environment preferably in a landscape or construction industry.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience a must
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of service workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation
Experience implementing or improving processes for efficiency and productivity
Background experience in landscape, construction or supply yard preferred.
Mandatory 6 days a week
Candidate must be able to provide specific examples of past performance improvements and leadership impact.
