Full Job Description

Busker Communications Inc. is seeking motivated and organized Project Managers to join our team. This position is based in Gainesville, Georgia, and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing telecommunications projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Specific Essential Functions:

Review new projects and form implantation plan with kickoff meeting.
Lead teams of technicians to complete projects within set timeframes and budgets.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Ensure customer satisfaction with project performance.
Facilitate changes to projects through change orders and communications with internal leaders and customer contacts.
Evaluate technician performance.
Communicate material needs with Purchasing Department.
Frequently review project progress and budget status and provide updates to upper management.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Manage contracts/POs with subcontractors.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
Identify areas of potential improvement and assist upper management with strategy planning.
Communication with on-site customer personnel/project leaders/department managers.
Assure projects are complete and documentation is ready for close outs.
Perform additional Project Management and related functions as assigned by the Operations Manager and deemed within the general skill and ability level of a productive Project Manager.
