About WGA Consulting
WGA Consulting is a global management consulting firm and a world-class alternative to the big-name consulting firms. We help senior leaders make and execute the decisions that matter most, across AI and digital transformation strategy, ESG, growth, culture, operations, and enterprise transformation. Our firm focuses on areas of senior management concern, creating enduring value and delivering measurable impact at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operating model design. WGA’s WGA Advisors AI Workforce Solutions practice is at the forefront of helping global enterprises move from isolated AI experimentation to scaled, business-led agentic AI deployment.
The Opportunity
WGA Advisors is engaging a Lead Solution Builder to hands-on build, test, train, and deploy production AI Agents on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Automate for a large enterprise content operations client. This is a high-impact execution role responsible for turning accepted, build-ready requirements into configured, tested, and deployed agents that run real operational workflows with human oversight.
The Lead Solution Builder works alongside a second build pod, engagement leadership, and the client’s data and platform teams to deliver multiple demand-intake and content-servicing agents on a pipelined schedule. The role demands strong platform fluency in Copilot Studio and Power Automate, disciplined attention to data contracts and idempotent write logic, and the ability to deliver to the quality and governance standards of top-tier consulting engagements.
This is a temporary project-based engagement running through mid-November 2026, structured around a build, test, deploy, and go-live support sequence. Strong potential for extension based on performance and continued client demand across WGA’s pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
Agent build and configuration
- Configure conversational and workflow AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio against accepted build-ready requirements, including intake classification, field and format validation, controlled vocabularies, and routing logic
- Build supporting process flows in Microsoft Power Automate that move a request from capture through validation, routing, and write-back, including retries, error handling, and idempotent writes so a re-run does not duplicate or overwrite records
- Parameterize flows and agents across development, test, and production environments, with least-privilege service credentials and secure secret management
- Build guarded, no-overwrite data transfers between SaaS systems (for example, Airtable, Smartsheet, and Data Shuttle), confirming the destination before write and blocking unwatched overwrite conditions for human review
- Build elaborate Microsoft Power Automate forms with advanced logic, including embedded Copilot AI agents that guide users through completing forms with 100+ selections, and complex shopping-cart functionality across the form experience
- Read and write form data to Snowflake through Microsoft Dataverse, and fetch and search source data through MCP Copilot-to-Cortex Snowflake agents
Integration and data services
- Integrate agent read and write access to enterprise databases through cloud data services, honoring defined read and write data contracts and least-privilege scopes
- Implement integrations from Copilot Studio to Snowflake Cortex data services over a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, including invocation pattern, error handling, and retry and idempotency behavior
- Collaborate with the client’s Snowflake and platform teams to align on field-level definitions, formats, source-of-truth references, and credential handling
- Build client-portal and system lookups, automated prior-delivery checks, and title-list build-out logic that surface results for confirmation before updates are committed
Human-in-the-loop, logging, and controls
- Implement review, approval, and escalation points so judgment stays with named human roles while the agent handles the repeatable work, defining who is notified, what they see, and the actions available at each queue
- Configure per-agent logging and audit trails that record each decision, the data read and written, human actions taken, and any exception path, sufficient for acceptance testing, operational review, and downstream governance
Test, deploy, and stabilize
- Perform unit and integration testing of each configured behavior in isolation and end to end across intake, validation, routing, integration, and write-back paths against representative data
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client Subject Matter Experts against agreed acceptance criteria, recording outcomes, defects, and sign-off decisions
- Triage defects by severity, resolve them within the platform configuration, and re-test to closure, escalating dependencies that fall outside the configuration scope
- Deploy agents to production within client change controls, run production smoke tests, and confirm go-live acceptance
- Support the two-week go-live and hypercare window, monitoring logs, queues, and exception rates and stabilizing operations as real usage exposes edge cases
Training and knowledge transfer
- Author concise per-agent end-user usage guides and produce short narrated overview videos using screen capture of the deployed agent
- Transition deployed agents, integration design, and test results to client ownership with clean documentation and repeatable build patterns
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline, including but not limited to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Strong academic record from a recognized institution; relevant Microsoft or platform certifications a plus

- 10 years of overall professional experience, including delivery with a tier-one consulting firm such as BCG, Accenture, or Deloitte
- Demonstrated hands-on delivery in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Automate, including agents or flows deployed to production
- Experience integrating across enterprise data platforms and SaaS systems, with practical exposure to data contracts, API and connector patterns, and least-privilege access
- Track record of client-facing delivery under structured acceptance criteria, change control, and tier-one consulting quality standards
Required expert skills
- Expert-level skill building Microsoft Power Automate forms with elaborate functionality, including forms with 100+ selections
- Building embedded Copilot AI agents within Power Automate forms that guide users through completing complex, multi-selection forms
- Building MCP Copilot-to-Cortex Snowflake agents to search and fetch data
- Reading and writing form data to Snowflake via Microsoft Dataverse
- Troubleshooting complex shopping-cart functionality within Power Automate forms
Technical fluency
- Strong command of Copilot Studio topics, actions, and knowledge sources, and of Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, expressions, and error handling
- Working knowledge of Snowflake or comparable cloud data services, and familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent-to-data integration patterns
- Comfort designing idempotent, guarded write logic and reliable exception handling across integrated systems
- Familiarity with the broader agentic AI landscape, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise LLM deployment considerations
