This role will work with our Prescott and Frederic, WI locations.

As a Community Liaison, you’ll serve as a key ambassador for Atrium Centers—building strong referral partnerships, representing our mission in the community, and helping connect residents and families to the care they need.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement effective referral marketing plans to support census growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral opportunities
Deliver presentations both within the facility and throughout the community
Meet and exceed census goals while aligning with facility and organizational marketing strategies
Manage referral relationships with an emphasis on payer mix and market trends
Maintain active knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, and acuity trends
Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and community organizations
Coordinate and deliver in-services to support business development initiatives
Maintain in-depth knowledge of facility services, programs, and offerings
Identify unmet community needs and support new program or service development

What You Bring

One (1) to two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing
Experience supporting multiple sites preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, relationship-driven approach to sales and outreach
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership teams
Positive, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent attendance and reliability
