We're looking for an A-player who can join our culture, someone who believes accountability is an act of respect, someone who creates systems that eliminate confusion, raises the standard of professionalism, and develops a team that takes ownership of their work every single day.

What You'll Own..

You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the practice while partnering directly with the owner to improve efficiency, profitability, and team performance. You will also..

Add to our culture of accountability, professionalism, and ownership.
Create clear expectations, measurable goals, and consistent follow-through.
Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee development.
Improve workflows, systems, and SOPs so the team can perform at a high level.
Track KPIs and use data to improve performance and profitability.
Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture.
Partner directly with the owner to execute strategic initiatives and support continued growth.
Ensure every client receives an exceptional luxury experience from the moment they contact us.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or another service-based business.
Proven experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
Strong financial and operational experience tracking KPIs and business performance.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience developing systems, improving workflows, and leading organizational change is highly valued.
