About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our team as a Strategic Pricing Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in protecting company profitability by managing customer pricing programs, implementing contract pricing, maintaining retail pricing, and supporting vendor-funded pricing initiatives.
Working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Vendor Partners, you'll ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margin objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and making an impact through sound financial and pricing decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and manage customer pricing based on contracts, rebates, off-invoice allowances, and other approved pricing programs.
- Process daily customer retail price changes and ensure pricing remains accurate across all systems.
- Set up pricing for new customer accounts while ensuring compliance with approved pricing strategies.
- Analyze competitive pricing trends and recommend pricing adjustments that support profitability and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounting to implement and maintain vendor rebate programs, promotions, damage allowances, spiffs, and other pricing-related incentives.
- Ensure pricing terms are accurately reflected within pricing and accounting systems.
- Research and resolve pricing discrepancies while working with internal departments and external partners.
- Support Sales by providing accurate pricing information and timely implementation of customer agreements.
- Maintain pricing data integrity and assist with pricing audits and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, efficiency, and margin performance.
- Other tasks or projects as assigned
What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with pricing administration, contract management, purchasing, finance, or accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems and pricing databases.
- Knowledge of vendor rebate programs, promotional funding, off-invoice programs, or customer pricing strategies is preferred.
