About the Opportunity

Avenir is a premium program based in Newport Beach, California serving international high school students. We are growing and looking for a well-connected business development partner to help us reach qualified families through the referral channels that matter most in this market.

This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for someone already operating in the international education space who is looking to generate meaningful income from their existing relationships. We handle everything on the program side — your role is to make the introduction.

What You'll Do

Leverage your existing network of overseas sending agencies, education consultants, or school placement advisors to introduce qualified families to Avenir
Identify and cultivate new referral contacts through targeted outreach within the international student market
Maintain ongoing relationships with your referral network to drive consistent lead flow
Participate in introductory calls or meetings with prospective families when helpful
Track and communicate referral activity to keep our team aligned
Share market insights and feedback to help us refine our positioning and outreach strategy

Who We're Looking For

Established relationships with agencies, consultants, or advisors placing international students into U.S. private high schools
Strong ties to East Asian student markets — particularly China, Korea, and Taiwan — preferred
Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Self-directed and comfortable working independently without day-to-day oversight
Professional and well-regarded within your network

Compensation

Per-enrollment referral fee paid upon confirmed student enrollment. Specific rates and structure are discussed during the interview process. High performers with strong networks have the potential to earn significant recurring income as Avenir grows.

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
