Job Title: FL Title Processor and Closer
Location: Florida (On-site at Coral Springs and / Hybrid / option)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. In this role, you will manage real estate title files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Florida regulations, and timely closings. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Florida title procedures and experience working with lenders, realtors, and underwriters.

Responsibilities:

Open and process new title orders
Review title searches and prepare title commitments
Identify and clear title issues or defects
Order and review payoffs, estoppels, surveys, and municipal lien searches
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys
Balance CD with all parties
Prepare and deliver closing documents accurately and on time
Ensure all documents are recorded, scanned, and stored properly
Maintain file integrity in title software systems (e.g., SoftPro)
Provide timely updates and professional communication to all parties involved

Qualifications:

2–4 years of title processing experience required
Strong knowledge of Florida real estate and title regulations
Proficient in title software ( SoftPro)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
Florida Notary Public
Experience with Balancing closing disclosures/Hud

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
