Full Job Description

About SwivelSwivel installs a Revenue Operating System (RevOS) so B2B growth becomes predictable. We work with <$10 engaged clients ($10–$200M revenue) and act as their embedded growth team. This role fuels our outbound with highly personalized emails and keeps the sequencing tech humming.

The Role (what you own)

You’ll maximize the system by calling all leads,

What You'll Do

Cold Outreach: Conducting high-volume daily cold calls, emails, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn) to initiate contact with potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Assessing prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline to identify high-quality sales opportunities.
Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings, demos, or calls for Account Executives (AEs) to move leads further down the sales funnel.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, calls, and emails in systems like HubSpot

Collaboration with the team:

Partner with Sales for talk tracks; with RevOps for routing/scoring; with Marketing for offer updates
Partner with GTM Engineer to maximize the operations, sequences, lists and targeting, speed-to-lead, QA in general

Your Scoreboard

Meetings set: 6–10/mo/rep, that's 20-50+ meetings per month (we handle 3-5 reps per client)
Reply rate: ≥ 8–12% (email), Positive interest: ≥ 3–5%
Show rate: ≥ 70% (for meetings you set)
Data hygiene: ≥ 98% valid titles/domains; bounce rate < 2%
Sequence QA pass-rate: ≥ 95%
Speed-to-lead on P1 replies: ≤ 5 minutes (business hours)

3-30-3: Hook in 3 seconds, deliver value in 30, ask in 3
One problem, one proof, one CTA
Write at a 7th-grade clarity level, no fluff, no jargon
Every email must map to an offer card (Problem → Proof → Program → CTA)

What You’ve Done

1–3 years in B2B SDR/BDR, growth, or copywriting (agency/in-house)
Built/ran sequences in HubSpot/Outreach/Salesloft (or similar)
Comfortable with lists, enrichment, merge tags, fallbacks, UTMs
Portfolio of personalized cold emails that got replies (bring receipts)

ToolkitHubSpot (CRM), Instantly (email), HeyReach and LaGrowth Machine (LinkedIn automation), Clay (data and AI), Zapier (integration), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit/ZoomInfo, Loom, Vidyard, Sendspark (and ALWAYS open to testing new!)

30/60/90 Ramp

0–30: Learn ICP & offers, ship 3 sequence packs, hit ≥50 personalized first-lines, baseline metrics
31–60: Own 2 ICP plays end-to-end; raise positive-interest ≥3%; show rate ≥70%
61–90: Add Loom flows; deliver 6–10 meetings/mo; QA pass-rate ≥95%; hand off a repeatable playbook
