Full Job Description

About Us: Herkules USA Corporation is a leading international machine manufacturer specializing in the building and remanufacturing of machine tools used in the aluminum, steel, and paper industries.

Job Description:

· Setup, program and operate waterjet.

· Produce parts and components to meet production times and engineering specifications

Qualifications:

· Creating and modifying CNC programs based on blueprints, CAD drawings, and customer specifications

· Preparing the waterjet machine for operation, including adjusting pressure, abrasive flow, and nozzle settings

· Reliable, self-motivated, individual with a positive attitude, good work ethics and ability to follow instructions

· At least 1 year experience working in a machine shop environment

· Performing routine maintenance on the waterjet machine to ensure optimal performance and addressing any issues that may arise

· Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures related to waterjet operation

· Lifting up to 40 pounds

· Perform as a productive and cooperative member of a team or independently
