Full Job Description

Job Title: Construction Project Administrator
Location: Rocklin, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $27-$30 per hour

Position Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Construction Project Administrator to support their project team in Rocklin. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a construction environment who enjoys working in a focused, detail-driven position handling administrative project tasks. This is not a client-facing or highly interactive role, it is best suited for someone who prefers a structured, heads-down work style.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers
Create, organize, and maintain electronic project/job files
Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders accurately and efficiently
Track and manage project documentation and ensure records are up to date
Obtain and manage Owner Insurance Certificates as required
Take and maintain internal meeting notes and project records
Support overall project coordination through documentation and tracking
Ensure deadlines are met across administrative components of projects

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction administration required
(Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer background)
Previous experience working for a construction company is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Reliable, organized, and self-sufficient work style
