What you bring to the table:
- Strong understanding of Excel including but not limited to: Use of Lookup and Sum If functions as well as advanced Pivot Tables.
- 1 – 3 years in an Accounting or Cost Analysis field preferred
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance or A.S. in Accounting
- SAP experience preferred, but willing to teach the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to recognize the need for confidentiality; communication skills to work closely with all levels of management, and an ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong sense of curiosity and collaboration
What to expect from the role:
- Updating and analyzing project budgets and cashflows to support monthly close and reporting process.
- Analyzing and reconciling contract value, billings checks, cashflow, invoicing for assigned projects, as well as forecasts and forecasting for projects.
- Working closely with project management and accounting teams through all phases of budget review and reconciliation process.
- Reviewing and monitoring material budget for assigned projects, and review and analyze purchase orders to ensure assigned projects stay within budget.
- Participating in monthly budget reviews with project managers, designers, and purchasers.
- Reviewing and monitoring production budget for assigned projects as well as site.
- Reviewing of international invoices and related duties/tariffs.
- Assisting with the month end close of the financial statements.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
