Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee construction activities, manage project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision. Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to coordinate all phases of construction activities.
Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
Oversee construction estimating processes and cost management to ensure projects remain financially viable.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings such as Civil 3D files to verify compliance with design specifications.
Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to safety standards, permits, and environmental regulations.
Utilize construction management software like ProCore, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for documentation, tracking progress, and quality control.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor project schedules closely to identify delays early and implement corrective actions proactively.
Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality, safety practices, and adherence to plans.

Skills

Extensive experience with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering schematics, blueprints reading, and construction estimating techniques.
Proven ability managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
Deep understanding of heavy civil or infrastructure project management including cost control and budget management.
Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Skilled in contract administration, project coordination, and managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.
