Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Management department, supporting multiple teams across various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Job Title: Agile Coach - Senior

Location: Remote but resource need to be from one of the four locations Austin, TX / Westlake, AZ / Denver, AZ & Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range:$70

What's the Job?

Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting
Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures
Execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business outcomes
Continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including intake, demand management, and prioritization support
Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to visualize value realization, delivery performance, and strategic progress

What's Needed?

5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines
Proficiency with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and enterprise tools such as Clarity, Rally, Jira
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training
