Full Job Description

Project Manager / Client Delivery Manager

Location: Remote
Hours: Must be available during EST working hours
Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager / Client Delivery Manager to join our team and help manage client delivery across social media, content, and digital marketing projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, moves quickly, communicates clearly, and can keep projects, clients, creators, editors, and internal teams aligned.

You will be responsible for owning client communication, managing approvals, coordinating deliverables, tracking deadlines, and making sure work moves from idea to execution without anything falling through the cracks.

This is not a passive admin role. We need someone who can take ownership, stay ahead of problems, and help build the internal systems that keep the company organized.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client delivery and project coordination
Manage client communications, updates, approvals, and follow-ups
Coordinate internally with editors, strategists, designers, and leadership
Track deliverables, timelines, revisions, and outstanding tasks
Build, manage, and improve Monday.com boards at the owner, client, project, and deliverable level
Create clear workflows inside Monday.com for content calendars, approvals, revisions, deadlines, asset tracking, and team accountability
Keep projects organized across Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, WhatsApp, and email
Make sure content, graphics, approvals, and client requests are moving on schedule
Organize footage, assets, notes, feedback, and creative direction for the internal team
Follow up with clients and team members to ensure deadlines are met
Prepare clear project updates for leadership and clients
Help manage social media workflows across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms
Understand client priorities and make sure the team is executing against them
Be available when needed for urgent updates, weekend needs, or time-sensitive client requests

Requirements

Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work EST hours
Willingness to work weekends when needed
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content workflows
Experience managing creative, social media, influencer, or marketing projects
Strong experience using Monday.com or similar project management systems
Ability to build project management boards, workflows, automations, and tracking systems from scratch
Ability to manage projects at both a high-level owner view and a detailed project/deliverable level
Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
Comfortable communicating with clients professionally and clearly
Detail-oriented and proactive
Strong follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to spot problems before they become bigger issues
Experience working with editors, designers, creators, or social media teams is a plus

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is proactive, reliable, and highly organized. You should be the type of person who naturally follows up, checks details, keeps lists, updates boards, and makes sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.

You should not only be comfortable working inside Monday.com, but also capable of helping build out a clean operating system for the team. This includes owner-level dashboards, client-level boards, project-level workflows, and deliverable-level tracking.

You should understand that in social media and content, speed matters. Clients need updates, edits need feedback, assets need to be organized, and deadlines can move quickly.

The right person will be able to own the operational side of client delivery while keeping communication clean, professional, and consistent.

Nice to Have

Advanced Monday.com experience
Experience building Monday.com dashboards, automations, and reporting views
Experience managing social media calendars
Experience with influencer marketing or creator campaigns
Basic understanding of short-form video workflows
Familiarity with Google Drive, Slack, WhatsApp, and email-based client communication
Experience working with remote creative teams
