Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager and Client Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating communication with clients for web design, development, and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative strategies and tactics for handling all projects.
Should be able to handle phone and video meetings with clients.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
Bridge the gap between our internal team and our clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, client communications, and hands-on strategic experience with both social ads and Google ads.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Compensation:
Starting salary of $18 per hour and up based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
