As a Senior Project Engineer at AQUALIS, you’ll collaborate with a passionate engineering team focused on sustainable water design, including stormwater management, green infrastructure, and hydraulic analysis. Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of projects from concept design to construction administration
Develop and manage budgets for projects, including identifying need for and developing change orders
Provide technical support to junior engineers throughout the duration of a project
Assist in proposal development with scope and fee preparation
Provide excellent customer service with frequent communications and project updates
Participate in team activities including cross-training, staff meetings, brainstorming roundtables and mentoring

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Current and active Professional Engineering license; must be in good standing. 5+ years of Project management and design experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills are imperative to assist with ensuring schedule and budget needs are adhered to throughout various projects.
5+ relevant working experience and knowledge of drainage systems, water quality and stormwater control devices, hydraulic analysis, FDM design standards, DOT PS&E (Plan, Specifications & Estimates), site and roadway design, and project quality processes.

Our office is located in the Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time in office position.
