Ignite Graphics Group is a growing commercial printing company seeking an experienced Heidelberg CD 102 Press Operator to join our production team.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a Heidelberg CD 102 offset press.
- Produce high-quality printed materials while meeting production schedules.
- Perform makereadies, color adjustments, and quality inspections.
- Read and follow job tickets and production specifications.
- Maintain accurate color throughout production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
- Work closely with prepress, bindery, and customer service to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a Heidelberg CD 102 or similar sheetfed offset press.
- Strong understanding of color management and print quality standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot press issues and maintain productivity.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with UV, aqueous coating, or perfecting presses is a plus but not required.
