Full Job Description

Join our team as an Advanced Acquisitions Representative, where your advanced sales skills and closing experience will directly drive our continued growth. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in high-volume phone sales and deal negotiation.

Our fast-paced, high-performing team is committed to excellence and thrives on results. In this role, you’ll engage directly with motivated sellers across multiple markets, uncover their needs, and guide them through the sales process to successfully close property contracts. If you're an elite closer ready to bring your talent to a company that values performance and provides real growth opportunities, we’d love to have you on board.

Experience

Sales: 1 year (Required)
Previous Real Estate Wholesale experience required.
An intermediate understanding of transactional Real Estate is required.

Time Requirement

Must be available 8:30 am -5:00 pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required. (i.e., Evenings and Saturdays)

Compensation

Compensation Structure:

Multiple Compensation Options Available.
PTO is Available for anyone who meets their quarterly quota early.
Total Yearly Compensation between $125,000 - $250,000 (With on-track performance).

Promotion Pathway:

For individuals demonstrating exemplary effort and results over a 10-12 month period, there's an opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you'll utilize your experience and success as a closer to coach other closers within the team.

Fairness in Evaluation for Raises and Promotions:

At the 10-month mark, your performance will undergo review. We consider both quantitative metrics and qualitative aspects such as teamwork, positivity, openness, and responsibility.
Promotion to the Sales Manager position is contingent upon meeting these criteria.

Pay Transparency:

Base pay is paid out on a bi-weekly basis. Commission on a deal is paid out upon deal closure. Frequency of deal closures will vary, but this typically happens a few times a month, depending on individual deal closures.
