Full Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator/Reception

Your role at Inspired Health:

Provide exceptional, on-brand patient support while representing the values and mission of Inspired Health.
Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient communication
Utilize EHR/EMR, insurance billing, and online store platforms
Respond to phone calls, voicemails, portal messages, emails, and faxes
Support online apothecary order processing
Maintain daily office operations, including opening/closing, tidying, and general upkeep
Part-Time 20 hrs / week, Mon 9-2, Tu/Wed/Th 12:30-5:30

Your Experience:

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Experience in a healthcare/clinic setting
