We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Lead Service Specialist to join the Opensity team working at our client's office. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Essential Job Responsibilities

Switchboard operator for roughly ½ of Clients offices (rough average of 50 calls per day);
Workflow coordination, this individual will review incoming emails to the general mailbox and either create work tickets in OSC as applicable or flag the emails for processing by the appropriate service area;
Receiving desk, this individual will check in all incoming accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, USPS Certified, Priority, Express, etc.);
Monitor the OSC queue to ensure deadlines for requested work are not being missed and if something is coming close to deadline, they would inform the Site Supervisor or Site Manager so that action can be taken to remedy the situation.
Perform driving courier runs as needed. Parking in the building is paid for by the firm. General area of service is the Tri-state area of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Mileage is reimbursed at the current federal reimbursement rate by the firm;
Fax routing through the firm's digital fax intake system and sending paper faxes with our manual fax machine;
Client facing often first point of contact when clients visit the Opensity Service Center throughout the duration of the day, professional demeanor is a must.

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1+ work experience in a customer services field
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is up to 18.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
