Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Recruiter with a solid background in the Construction industry to revolutionize how we source and hire top talent. This isn't your average "post-and-pray" recruiting role. You will combine your deep understanding of blue-collar and white-collar construction roles with advanced digital sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.

If you know the difference between a project manager and a superintendent, can speak the language of subcontractors, and love using creative digital tools to find "hidden gem" candidates, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for diverse construction roles (e.g., Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and skilled trades).
Advanced Sourcing: Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques, boolean strings, AI-powered sourcing tools, and alternative platforms (beyond just LinkedIn and Indeed) to find passive talent.
Creative Campaigning: Develop and execute out-of-the-box recruiting strategies—such as targeted social media campaigns, geo-fenced sourcing, and digital talent communities.
ATS & Data Management: Maintain absolute data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging data and analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Relationship Building: Act as a trusted partner to Project Executives and Hiring Managers, understanding their specific project needs and headcount constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Construction Industry IQ: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience recruiting specifically for the construction, engineering, or skilled trades sectors. You must understand construction terminology and project lifecycles.
Supercharged Tech & Computer Skills:
Advanced proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools.
Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking, and comfort learning new HR tech stack tools quickly.
Strong familiarity with digital marketing/sourcing tools (e.g., tech-driven sourcing extensions, social media advertising).
Creative Problem Solving: A proven track record of developing "outside-the-box" strategies to find talent in a highly competitive, candidate-scarce market.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both on-site field laborers and corporate executives.
