Regional Sales Representative – Plastic Films & Flexible Packaging

A well-established manufacturer of specialty plastic films is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to lead growth across the Northeast United States. This opportunity is available due to the retirement of a long-tenured employee and offers a rare combination of an established customer base, strong market reputation, and significant growth potential.

Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Virginia

Location

Remote – Northeast United States

Travel

Regional travel as needed to support customers and business development activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and grow an established Northeast territory
Develop new business opportunities across food packaging, agricultural, industrial, and converting markets
Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers throughout the sales process
Sell customized plastic film and sheet solutions, including PET, PE, PP, and specialty film products
Expand business within existing accounts through new applications and product introductions
Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to support customer requirements
Develop proposals, pricing agreements, contracts, and sales presentations
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Achieve territory growth and revenue objectives

What We're Looking For

Proven success in B2B manufacturing sales
Experience selling plastic films, flexible packaging, extruded products, plastic sheet, or related engineered materials
Understanding of film extrusion, plastics converting, flexible packaging, or related manufacturing processes
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience supporting customers in food packaging, packaging, agriculture, industrial manufacturing, or converting markets
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
