Location : Remote
Work Experience : 5-6 years

Job Description:

User-Centric Design:

Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our channel marketing automation platform, focusing on ease of use and visual aesthetics.
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points to inform design decisions. UI/UX Design
Design user interfaces that provide a seamless and cohesive experience across various features and modules
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Responsive Design:

Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent experience.

Visual Branding:

Maintain visual consistency and branding guidelines throughout the platform, aligning with the company's brand identity.

User Flow and Interaction Design:

Design user flows and interactions that guide users through complex processes and workflows with clarity and efficiency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Usability Testing:

Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and insights, iteratively improving designs based on user input.

Data Visualization:

Design visually engaging data visualization components that enable users to understand and interpret marketing performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals.
Communicate design rationale and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.

About your experience:

Proven experience (5-6 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with exposure to marketing automation or related software.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.
