Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Market Analyst to join our dynamic TDB Network team. Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using data analysis software such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, and Excel to identify market trends and opportunities
Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or reporting tools to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
Conduct statistical analyses including A/B testing, regression analysis, and other quantitative methods to evaluate marketing campaigns and business initiatives
Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SPSS to monitor online performance metrics and user behavior
Present research findings through reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable business strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support strategic planning and business development efforts
Assist in designing experiments and analyzing results to optimize marketing tactics and improve overall campaign effectiveness

Experience

Proven experience with data analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS is highly desirable
Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating insightful dashboards and reports
Strong understanding of web analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Experience conducting statistical analysis for research purposes with a focus on market research or marketing analytics
Knowledge of SQL databases and proficiency in SQL queries for data extraction and management
Background in business intelligence, data storytelling, and presenting research findings to diverse audiences
Prior experience in marketing or business development roles that involved data collection, analysis, and strategic planning is a plus
Excellent skills in Excel data analysis, statistical software applications, and data visualization techniques are essential for success in this role
