Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pool Renovations Coordinator to lead and manage pool renovation projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality pool upgrades that exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, excellent project coordination abilities, and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into stunning aquatic retreats. Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in the pool renovation industry.

Duties

Coordinate all phases of pool renovation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, provide detailed project estimates, and communicate progress effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools to develop project schedules, track milestones, and manage resources efficiently.
Prepare comprehensive construction estimates including labor, materials, and equipment costs using construction estimating techniques.
Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while coordinating daily tasks among teams.
Use Bluebeam or comparable digital tools for plan review, markup, and document management to streamline communication between stakeholders.
Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and reporting; adjust plans proactively to address delays or unforeseen issues.
Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in the project—clients, contractors, suppliers—to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the pool renovation or broader construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction site practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar platforms for scheduling and project tracking.
Familiarity with Bluebeam for digital plan review and document management.
Experience with construction estimating processes including cost analysis and budgeting.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, contracts, and specifications accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with pool-specific renovations is a plus.
