Full Job Description

We're hiring a full-time Customer Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level, in-person opportunity offers hands-on training, career growth, and the chance to build valuable customer service and sales skills.

As a Customer Representative, you'll work directly with residential customers throughout assigned communities, introducing wireless and internet services, explaining available plans and promotions, answering questions, and helping customers choose solutions that fit their household needs. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and building valuable communication and sales skills. No previous experience is required; we provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching from day one.

What You'll Do as a Customer Representative

Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned neighborhoods
Introduce wireless and internet services, current promotions, and available account options
Explain plans, pricing, features, and service benefits in a clear and professional way
Help customers compare services based on their household needs and budget
Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity as a Customer Representative
Work alongside your team to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals

What We're Looking For in a Customer Representative

Strong communication and people skills as a Customer Representative
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working directly with customers in a customer-facing environment
Goal-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
Interest in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or business development
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required
