Full Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect to join their team. As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect, you will be part of the professional services department supporting client engagement and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: Market

What's the Job?

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to consumer goods retail execution needs.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and architectural alignment with client stakeholders to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Provide technical guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, APIs, and data architecture.
Support presales initiatives by demonstrating solution value and aligning technical strategies with client goals.
Drive solution documentation, architecture artifacts, and best practices within Agile delivery models.

What's Needed?

10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with at least 2 years focused on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end CG Cloud implementations.
Deep expertise in CG Cloud capabilities such as Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, and Retail Store data models.
Strong understanding of mobile/offline architecture, sync patterns, and performance optimization strategies.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications (or on certification path).
