SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description

At least 6 years of experience with Project management and Talent management.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Core Java Development including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
At least 6 years of hands-on Application Development experience working on Spring, Struts, JQuery, HTML5, J JavaScript, CSS3, XML, REST / SOAP Web services, Angular JS, Hibernate.
At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects.
At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.).
At least 3 years of experience that aids agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reporting
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
