Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both fine dining and nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, knowledge with wine, providing excellent service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events and banquets.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations.
Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is an advantage.
