Sales & Partnerships Coordinator (Remote)

About Us

We help cleaning business owners grow through our Done-For-You Mentorship Program. Our team helps cleaning company owners generate more leads through a number of marketing and sales campaigns, improve their sales process, and turn those leads into paying clients.

We're looking for a highly organized, customer service oriented professional who loves talking to customers, building relationships, and following proven (really type A !!) systems. You need to come in with the skills of professionalism, communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to help people. You need to LOVE talking to people and being on your computer all day because that is what this role is at it's core!

This role is not a good fit if you do not like structure, if you don't like technology, and if you don't like talking to people all day every day (remote and on the phone).

You do not need previous cleaning industry experience. We are not a cleaning company! We help cleaning companies through our done-for-you mentorship program.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering incoming lead calls and making outbound calls (some B2B partnership campaigns require cold calls)
Calling and texting leads to schedule walkthrough appointments
Following up with leads via phone, text, email, and social media
Sending Instagram DMs using our proven outreach systems
Building influencer and partnership relationships through social media
Coordinating appointments and managing walkthrough schedules via Google Calendar
Tracking conversations and updating CRM systems
Following scripts and SOPs while maintaining a friendly, professional experience
Helping ensure leads move smoothly through the sales process

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Love talking to people online and do not mind being on the phone
Have exceptional customer service skills
Are comfortable spending several hours per day on the phone
Can confidently start conversations with strangers
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Enjoy following systems and checklists
Are comfortable learning new software and technology
Can manage multiple conversations at once
Take ownership and solve problems without constant supervision

Required Experience

2+ years of customer service, account management, client success, sales support, or similar experience
Experience working directly with customers via phone
Strong written communication skills
Professional and confident phone presence
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (a coffee shop is okay sometimes but you would have to be able to answer the phone or make calls)

Bonus Points For

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Experience in sales or appointment setting
Experience managing customer relationships
Social media outreach experience
Experience working remotely
