The Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant/Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications solutions. This role requires deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and API integrations. This Solution Architect will have strong experience in business analysis, business architecture, program management, project management, functional consulting, quality assurance, and end-user training, with the ability to translate strategic business requirements into scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitate architectural design sessions, provide technical leadership, and ensure successful delivery of interconnected business applications aligned with organizational strategy.

Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation of complex Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, enterprise-grade technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design end-to-end business application architecture across:
- Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Power BI
- Power Pages
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Dynamics 365
- Azure integration services
- Establish architectural standards, best practices, governance models, and solution design patterns.
Business Analysis & Functional Consulting
- Lead and facilitate design, discovery, and architectural workshops with business stakeholders and clients.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and business processes.
- Provide expert guidance on:
- Solution design best practices

Application Development & Platform Configuration
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy:

- Create and maintain:

Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
