Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic Dominos environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient inventory management. This position requires strong communication skills, effective time management, and a keen understanding of store management practices.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
Maintain accurate inventory control and management to ensure product availability.
Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to minimize waste.
Train and mentor new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and merchandising displays.

Requirements

Previous experience in Dominos management or a similar retail environment is preferred but not required.
Strong skills in inventory management and control, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and staff.
Proven time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and sales analysis.
Ability to negotiate with vendors or suppliers when necessary for stock procurement.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
