JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for building BI analytics and reporting in the functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
Working on the OBIEE technology which includes building and configuring Repository, creating and managing Oracle/Siebel intelligent dashboards, answers, delivers and BI publisher reports.
Working predominantly in BI architecture solutions Projects, data virtualization project areas, large Data ware house Projects and CRM projects. Responsible for the Building, Testing and Implementation of BI Financial Analytics and HR Analytics dashboards and using Informatica to extract the data from the source tables in the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Installing and set up OBIEE environment and responsible for administration and migration or repositories between various environments. Used DAC to schedule and run the Full and Incremental ETL loads and to schedule the Informatica jobs.
Involved in configuring the Repository, Dashboard Reports in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
Preparing required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation and enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
Enhanced and Modified the ETL code (SDE and SIL Mappings) to meet the new business requirements.
EXPERIENCE/
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, MIS, CIS Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field is required.
Master’s degree in any of the above fields a plus
Minimum 2-4 years related experience.
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), BI/XML Publisher, Informatica, Oracle Database and Enterprise Integration Services required.
Ability to create and process IT process initiatives.
Ability to create detailed analysis of business process and workflows.
Detail orientated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full lifecycle design and management of software development and application. Strong knowledge of Business Research and Analytics.
