Overview
Folio Association Management is seeking an accomplished and driven Regional Director to serve as a direct operational partner to the Regional Vice President (RVP) for the South Florida market. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a seasoned Community Association Manager (CAM) who is ready to step into a senior support capacity — one that bridges field expertise with strategic operations.
The Regional Director will play a central role in shaping the onboarding experience for new team members and client communities, managing the full lifecycle of developer-to-association transitions, supporting coverage across the region, and partnering with leadership in building and growing a high-performing team. This position requires a professional who leads with excellence, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RVP Support & Regional Operations
- Serve as the primary operational resource and liaison for the Regional Vice President across all South Florida communities.
- Assist in coordinating regional priorities, team communications, and cross-community initiatives.
- Act as a point of escalation and guidance for Association Managers within the region.
- Support the development and implementation of Folio’s Standards of Excellence (SOE) program and SOP compliance across the region.
Regional Coverage & Portfolio Continuity
- Provide active portfolio coverage for Association Managers during planned vacations, medical leave, or other absences ensuring seamless, uninterrupted service to residents and boards.
- Step in to manage communities on an interim basis when CAM positions are vacant, maintaining service standards and board relationships until a permanent placement is made.
- Serve as a knowledgeable, dependable presence across the region, capable of quickly assimilating into any community’s operations as needed.
Hiring Support & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with the RVP and HR to support the full hiring process for CAMs and their support teams across the South Florida region.
- Conduct initial interviews for CAM candidates and support staff, evaluating qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional presentation.
- Screen and assess applicants against Folio’s established criteria, forwarding only qualified candidates to the RVP for further review and consideration.
- Assist in coordinating interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics in collaboration with HR.
- Contribute to building a strong regional talent pipeline by maintaining a high standard of candidate evaluation and a consistent, professional interview experience.
New Hire Support & Team Onboarding
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires in the South Florida region, ensuring a structured, welcoming, and consistent experience.
- Partner with HR and leadership to track onboarding milestones and provide guidance to incoming team members.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and checklists aligned with Folio standards.
New Client Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding process for new client communities, ensuring a seamless transition into Folio’s management platform and service model.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new associations during the onboarding phase, establishing trust and setting clear expectations.
- Coordinate setup in CINC and other platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, document collection, and system configuration from day one.
Developer Transitions
- Manage and oversee the transition of communities from developer control to association management, in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapters 718 and 720.
- Coordinate the collection and organization of all statutory documents, financial records, vendor contracts, and operational information.
- Facilitate turnover meetings, coordinate with legal counsel as needed, and ensure all transition milestones are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed transition documentation using Folio’s established tools and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community association management, with demonstrated success in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth working knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 718 (Condominiums) and Chapter 720 (HOAs).
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required — must be able to communicate professionally and fluently with residents, board members, and stakeholders in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to step into unfamiliar portfolios quickly and manage communities with minimal ramp-up time.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Preferred
- Proficiency in CINC Portal — experience with setup, navigation, and daily platform operations strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Vive (vendor/COI management), and related association management technologies.
- Experience managing or supporting developer-to-association transition projects.
- Prior experience in a regional or multi-community management role.
- Experience participating in or leading hiring and interview processes.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
