Job Title: Remote Sr RevOps Engineer - $200-$275k (Agents, DealHub)
Salary: $200k-$275k base + benefits, 401k, PTO
Requirements: GTM Engineer with Salesforce, Agents, connecting systems

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers.

This is a very exciting time for us, we've been growing like crazy and just closed a $200MM round of funding!

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We have been in business since 2012, and have 120 employees, and around 40 technical employees in our engineering org.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Sr RevOps Engineer with the following experience:

Production grade Salesforce experience
Hands-on CPQ experience
Strong SQL experience
Python or JavaScript for scripting
Experience building agents

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. We have proven product market fit, have doubled out employee count in the last 5 years, just closed $200MM, and are looking to scale our systems and 4x our revenue.

You will report directly to our Cofounder/CTO and own the following tasks

What You'll Own

Quote to cash architecture. Everything from the CRM to the CPQ to billing, continued migration of building and CPQ tools, integration points reliability
GTM systems and automation. Architecture and the ongoing build out of our GTM stack
Lead to revenue workflows: capture, enrichment, ICP scoring, routing, SLAs.
AI native workflow: own the AI native components of our initiatives, design and deploy LLM powered workflows.
Data analytics infra: all data quality across the GTM stack
