Full Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented team member to become an integral part of our operation. In this role, you will wear a range of hats: from extensively troubleshooting tech gadgets and consumer goods to actively processing incoming and outgoing shipments. This is a great part-time opportunity—perfect for students or adults looking for reliable income in a positive, family-friendly atmosphere. For candidates who enjoy working outdoors, there are also optional opportunities to pick up additional hours assisting with property maintenance.

Schedule/Weekly Hours:

10 hours per week minimum (potential for up to 25/wk)
MUST have minimum availability 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Opportunities for additional hours and days on Mon, Wed, Fri).

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot gadget and tech-related issues using established procedures.
Process incoming merchandise by unpacking, cleaning, verifying, and performing accurate data entry.
Assemble and package merchandise or material for safe shipping.
Support other team members, demonstrating a willingness to help with routine duties as assigned.
[Optional Add-On]: Assist with outdoor property maintenance to earn additional hours. Tasks include pressure washing, blowing, trimming, clearing, pine straw/mulch installation, and precision lawn care.

Qualifications:*

Able to retain training and strictly follow a process, while utilizing strong problem-solving skills when faced with anomalies.
Strong perfectionistic mindset; not willing to settle for mediocre work. Must be highly detail-oriented and quick to notice small obscurities.
Must possess the utmost integrity, a hard work ethic, and a humble attitude.
Preferred familiarity with databases and web-based interfaces.
Preferred familiarity with a wide range of consumer products (tech, watches, guitars, hifi audio, tools, cameras, pro audio/video, fine jewelry, etc.).
Able to lift heavy boxes up to 70 pounds (rare, but on occasion).
Able to climb a stock aisle ladder to retrieve inventory and boxes.
